Who are we?

Empere HR Partner is a consulting company specializing in HR services and people management. Although the company was established in 2022, we have extensive experience in HR roles across various industries. We are based in the Turku region in Southwest Finland, but our services are available throughout Finland through remote connections.

• Master of Science in Economics, complemented by several courses in HR topics.
• Extensive experience in HR, sales and customer service in both local and international companies.
• Strong experience in recruitment and certified user of several personnel assessment tools.
• Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
• Services available in English; I also have proficiency in German and Swedish
