Who are we?

Empere HR Partner is a young consulting company specializing in personnel topics. The company was established in 2022, but has a long experience in HR tasks in different industries. We are located in the Turku area in South-West Finland, but can provide our services across all of Finland by using remote connections.

I’m here to help you.

I’m Sirpa Mäkipere and have a passion for people and improving the quality of work life by professional leadership and HR functions. I want to help companies be successful in their business by the means of high-quality HR work, which respects all people in the company. This is my background:

• Master of Science in Economics. Additionally, several courses in HR topics.
• Wide working experience in HR as well as in sales and customer service in many local and international companies.
• Strong experience in recruitments and certified user of several personnel assessment tools.
• Certified Prosci Change Management practitioner.
• Services are available in English, but I also have skills in German and Swedish
